Task Force on Children and Youth
Terms of Reference
The Task Force on Children and Youth will assist the Commission on Poverty in -
- examining policies and measures, and formulating policy recommendations which help reduce risks of intergenerational poverty;
- considering room for improving the interface and coordination of services to children and youth, in particular those from disadvantaged background ; and
- promoting social capital in support of the healthy and balanced development of our younger generation.
In achieving the above, the Task Force on Children and Youth would engage relevant bodies including the Commission on Youth, the Task Force on Continuing Development and Employment-related Training for Youth, and other advisory and non-governmental bodies.
